Hi all we are currently heading south east on US 70 to roswell waiting for a cell to come over us hopeing for some lightning cells are popping up around us so we are fairly hopeful shall post again soon to update you were we are Ian
what a day so many storms such a great chase day we had rotation on the ground we've gone through golf size hail or bigger we did not stop to see :o amazing up drafts structure shots some great landscapes dirt road driving it was likr the dukes of hazerd at times and as I write the disco tech that is the lightning storm is kicking off over my head bolts landing all around us we are just booking in to a motel in Lampasas for the night were in for a real treat tonight Ian
we have just been watching this super cell trying to form a tornado we had clear rotation on the ground it just could not make it all the way then we got munched by hail bigger than golf size we thought our windows were going to explode with the impacts on our side windows we bombed south a mile and have some awesome pictures and hopefuly film for you all later we are preasently bombing east on the I20 chasing the cell again shall post again soon Ian
we have visual on the super cell west of big spring it's a bit grungy at mo but we are realing her in looking good on barons hopefuly this will make up for yesterday but yet again the spc had it all wrong this morning were all glad we went with the models rather than where they had first predicted

we are sitting on the dry line cold front intersect with the spc predicting baseball size hail or bigger not to far from our location so we are still hopeful of some action this evening initiation has taken for ever today but fingers crossed
We have just had breakfast in IHOP were our server was called Stormie thats got to be a good omen

we have just arrived at stuttgart and we are calling it a day we shall be staying at the super 8 and recharge our batterys after a hard days chasing Ian, Nick and Paul
we are just about 4 miles from humphreys just had massive spark from the direction of the town we think there is a tornado on the ground but it is getting rather dark here goes by now just uover 1 mile away Ian
we have footage of a developing wall cloud and the brightest lightning and the loudest thunder you will ever hear all of our ears are still hurting from the explosions. we are now on the US 79 and heading up for a secound bite of the super cell shall get back too ya al soon Ian unfortunatly no live streaming this year however we will next year severe studios have got the guys with live streaming however i do not know where they are
we are having trouble crossing the Arkansas river we are having to scoot round pine bluff and up the north east on the us 79 towards Stuttgart heart rate now back to normal

we have just had a close shave about ten miles south of little rock tornado sirens blaring, we moved on just as emergancy planning range rovers where shuting of the roads around us. lightning and monster thunder claps are going off around us we are in the bears cage we are being pelted with lightning the last bolt hit around 10 feet away with the loudest thunder i've ever heard we are now bombing down the 530 towards pine bluff shall let you know when we are safe Ian
Hi We have dark bases to our North and West at present and these should start to precipitate soon, not long before we are in the action in Arkansas. Ian

Hi micheal we are sitting in sheriden just south of little rock on the warm front watching towers go up and down at the mo we are bang in the middle of developments to the south and the cells in the mountains in ft smith shall try and keep you all up to date.
by the way was the thunder storm any good what one flash of lightning and a clap of thunder!!

we are now in the tornado watch box cu feild building in front of us we have blasted north of th warm front and are hopeful if something drops we will be on it though the veiws we have are obscured by by trees

SPC Have a slight risk for today with a 2% Tornado Risk in Southern & Western Kansas also parts of the Panhandle This would put us out of position for dropping off the guests at DFW Tomorrow so we are getting a personal tour of the SPC In Norman with Howie Bluestien before heading south towards Decatur for overnight before begrudgingly saying goodbye tomorrow to the Tour 1 Guests.
