  1. As I post that it appears! I should moan about it more often B) Pretty much the same as yesterday.
  2. What's with the lateness of today's outlook? It's usually out by around midday.
  3. I think that's all that needed saying anyway TEITS! Thanks again.
  4. God knows what tomorrow will throw out of the rubbish tip!
  5. I think my guess at 4.1c might not be too far off!
  6. Bet that was painful to type TEITS! Thanks anyway.
  7. I would take a frosty and foggy Christmas. Might not be snowy but it's better than rain.
  8. I think it's great of you to do this, I wouldn't have the time or patience to do it, I already have no Christmas with all the "presents" my teachers have given me in preparation for Jan exams!
  9. I think grey squirrels are remarkable things. Just watching them acrobatically try and dangle off a branch to get the tiniest morsel of food is amusing! The Woodpigeons aren't happy with them though when they find all their food gone.
  10. Well I honestly cannot remember the last time we didn't get below freezing overnight, has to be in November. It has probably been more wintry this past 10 days than most of the past 6 months of "winter"!
  11. Nah squirrels don't hibernate I don't think. I always see them in winter, got 2 of them this winter nicking all of our bird feed! ( http://www.squirrels.org/faq.html#Q8 ) But the mild winters have really been messing up the wildlife, so it is good for them that we are finally getting a normal one so they don't get confused! Although that hedgehog hasn't got the message...
  12. Wouldn't mind that at all! 2nd preference behind snow. Thanks TEITS.
  13. Yep. Seems to be rising on slightly less cold days and not budging at all on considerably colder days. My December average so far is 0.6c, incredible!
  14. Thanks Paul, bit of a lottery at this stage though really!
  15. Thanks again TEITS. Let's just hope that the mild FI stays in FI!
  16. I think it is as simple as somebody just looks out of the window all day! I see what you mean though. But I think they would be more vigilant if it was weather like this than 12c and pouring with rain.
  17. Cheers TEITS, bit of a horror show as far as a White Xmas is concerned!
  18. According to TORRO it's 15.6c. In 1896 in Edinburgh and 1920 in Devon. Global warming eh?....
  19. Lol, I like the way that they say it is "expected", makes it seem like they are 100% sure of it!
  20. Agreed. Unless this month goes the shape of a very ugly pear, then we could be in with a shout of beating 2001 IMO.
  21. Hadley up to 2.7c up to the 6th. By my calculations, this is still enough to keep us below 2001.
