    I think the back edge of the first snow band is just passing through here now — just a few flakes on the breeze. Temp has risen to 0.2C, so hopefully the uppers will be nice and low for when the second band reaches here. All looking pristine white outside, albeit, not very deep!

    Still snowing, things turning nicely white, and temp has fallen to -0.3C! Excellent and an unexpected surprise.

    Snow started in Ludlow area. Small flakes, buts lots of them. Perfect ground conditions for pitching too ...

    Temperature may have peaked and levelled at 4.7C for a couple of hours, now dropped to 4.6C. So far, so good. Wind picked up a little too.

    I think Ian Fergieweather may have tweeted that the risk of snow has increased for west and SW midlands, perhaps even a few cm. Something to do with the LP intensifying.

    Nothing here, not even drizzle. Temp about 2C, so not expecting anything today, but we now have heavy snow forecast for overnight!

    downgrade here. Had some sleet and snow forecast for Sunday &Monday, but now just heavy cold miserable rain. Hopefully, it might switch tomorrow.

    Started snowing heavily in Boston about 30 minutes ago. Logan closed all day tomorrow, and later today.
