    A much slower evolution/retrogression to our NW is my bet and an eventual influx of cold from our NE with ever increasing chance of snow. I believe the output was too quick yesterday and caused a little excitement

    I feel this text from the longer term will be the first to be "changed" shall we say "Currently the chance of widespread severe cold is still deemed low, but still the risk of impacts from cold, including ice and snow is greater than normal."

    Or South.Brrr To be fair in any direction it has large ramifications for the UK. I could pick holes in any of the current output until it went belly up but the background signals are not showing any sign of waning.
