  1. Who the vrxap wrote this Thursday: Cold and frosty initially, perhaps dry first thing before mix of snow, sleet and rain spreads northeastwards through the morning, with wintry outbreaks through the afternoon and overnight. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

  5. Orographic lift comes in to play with moisture piling up against the pennines as the wind will be a stiff Easterly creating a snow shadow west of the Pennines.

  9. Snow was always forecast for further south in December and cheshire in Jan.I don't recall a warning the likes of which are on now but may be totally wrong there.
  10. Shall we re visit this statement another day as you seem continually to fly in the face of output and the Met.Where are your charts to show a slushy covering for most. Any reason for this ?
