Dont give up! im finding its hard to cope with the summer without storms, i love warm or hot weather and sunny or cloudy warm , could be a warm thundery auturmn for some, most likely south uk ,im expecting some southernly tracking lows during sept and oct, depends on how the hurricane season gets going and if x-storms head mid atlantic our way altho low may develop anyway.
LOL its not just one summer I havent' had a storm for over four years now

EW its been so horrid here the last two days I thought itwould have thundered with how humid it is, got attacked by flying ants for the last two days!
I've just stopped coming on Netweather now otherwise I get really down about the lack of storms. I'm gonna give up and just stop being involved in the weather now. *batters head off wall*

They were taken in Wexford , south east ireland. Somebody elses video of the funnel made the national news , wish I had posted my vid on youtube.
I was lucky too see it , I was watching the lightning and I caught it in the corner of my eye , couldn't beleive it!
Good luck everyone , although if you didn't get a storm in the last cuples of weeks it's not looking good , high pressure on the way and here to stay:unsure:
Shaweet pics though. I wont see a storm this year, just can't see it happeneing, can we see if i can make it to five years?

Or else Storm Chase 2011 will be a letdown for our distinguished and brave NW members who venture out into the danger. (Or else there will be more profanities on vid/Youtube than there were in Storm Chase 2009. You know who you are when that lightning bolt hit that pylon!)
Your making the assumption I'm going to be able to find the money to go storm chasing within the forseable future. Ugh looks like its gonna be a good few years oh buggeration.
Never the less that video was HILLARIOUS honestly I swear way too much in person you'd have to bleep at least half of me out on a video.
