  1. It's moving at maybe 50mph, at a push 70, so there's a good few hours to go yet.
  2. Nearby station temps reading 0c, with DP -1c. Seems lower than that here, but I am surrounded by a lot of green space which historically has affected local temperatures.
  3. Proper hard frost forming here, which is unusual for the time of day, current conditions and location. Wheelie bin was frozen shut! Cars already white. SE London, between Lewisham and Eltham, for those mobile.
  4. Give it an hour, it'll be back to 6 hours of double symbol snow!
  5. Any reports from what is drifting SW across Kent right now? There seems to be some build up behind it too.
  6. I thought that. The precip type view on the radar doesn't give a good view of the intensity
  7. Blue sky appearing and sunshine in SE London. Typical. Nicer than the greyness though
  8. Something developing over Romford which will hopefully slide south into SE London
  9. Really can't catch a break here (SE12) with weather coming from the SE or the SW. SE London has raised it's own personal storm shield for the last week. It's like West London has some type of homing beacon for it!
  10. That must be looking west over Reading. Actually, just spotted the plane direction, so yes.
  11. So that's this morning's hit and miss out of the way around South London. Torrential rain was the top feature. Now looking at the zoomed out radar, hoping for potential later...
  12. Torrential rain for the first time in, well, weeks. To the south (of SE12) has just piped up. Baby having a nap. I'm so conflicted right now!
  13. Thankfully the gap in the radar between Brighton and Dover is starting to fill, just inland.
  14. Cloud breaking up in SE London. Blue sky visible. Considering we've only had about an hour of drizzle all week, I have a good feeling about what's crossing the channel.
  15. This could be an interesting view shortly https://www.skylinewebcams.com/en/webcam/united-kingdom/england/brighton/brighton-pier.html
  16. Woah! Think we are about to get some proper rain... For the first time since April!!
  17. Almost constant thunder coming from the south of here, in SE London (near Greenwich). I fear that it might be drifting too far west though.
  18. Some more showers bubbling up on the East Sussex coast moving NW. Hopefully that bodes well
  19. Seriously more Channel action than expected! Hold on, hold on!
