6 4C and raining atm but that was expected.
I am struggling to see any real snow low down close to the coast, hope im wrong but we rarely get snow here, 2018 being the last time anything more than 1cm fell and nothing on the ground last few years.
I just don't see this cold spell being cold enough this time of year for us costal locations.
Expecting the worst, hoping for the best as usual lol.
A fall of snow on it's way a couple of cms Wednesday as a front pushes North then rain Thursday for us staying as snow Longer in north Wales with 5cms ,before turning back to rain.

Just shows they don't know how far north the front gets previous outputs shows front stalling over swales.Correction south will happen it always does.

This is type of snow event you remember and talk about. Lucky or unlucky this didn't happen this didn't occur in January any sunny intervals will melt the snow quickly this week.

Ignore stratospheric warming at your peril!High ground North central south Wales are the prime spot.Looks continual snow possible 24 hrs continual snow Wednesday Thursday.

Not going to get my hopes up, been stung before with these charts. One things for sure it won't be anything like 2018.
Fair enough but this is stratospheric warming this will provide a lot of snow pity about the time of year,eg quick melt in the sun .enjoy next week ,you will!
