  1. Well firstly your posting a chart of t300+ away which is completly pointless you silly boy. But at least you have more likes which is a start for you isn't it lol Your all me me me me me Can chose your friends but you just can't chose your family hey!!! (mods please let this one slip its my brother unfortunately for you guys you have 2 weather nuts from the same family to manage on hear) Re the models,,,, Im not sure if anyone remembers but about 7 days ago when the break down was first signaled I said I can see an easterly developing, with the vortex in tattors we have weak high pressure systems and ridges deflecting and holding off systems coming in, which can help usher in the cold off the continent and from more northerly quarters Good to see my thoughts been manifested in the models iv always thought my thoughts have power!!! Through our thoughts we made the world#budda#authorunkown ?
  2. Hats off to the dude that called it last night about the front stalling, when the BBC etc were still saying sinking South, I desperately didn't want him to right but his nailed it, hoping for little developments across the mids this evening
  3. Il put this in hear, the fax for this morning shows the low pressure well, with a nice wave feature on the low pressure l, I'm a bit confused as to why the ppn is forecast to now go through towards Wales and the South West rather than moving directly south across the county, I'm hoping someone can respond on this, For me personally it's a radar event, with the front straddled directly across England and Wales it tells me there's enough room for ppn to develop across large swathes of England and Wales ?
  4. I'v already done better than many areas up the Northwest, and better than what that crap shafali said would be on the tops of the peaks, her words not mine! Iv already got 2 cm and it's snowing well, The fact it's heading into Wales it swings back around southeast, also remember you have this secondary low moving down into the low already in place over England, which explains the random developments we continue to see on the radar, pic to follow in a min when take dog out
  5. I'd say the heavier stuff yes however im in Warwickshire and I'v got a decent covering and it's snowing now albeit light
  6. I disagree, this is exactly where its meant to be at this time, it's all sinking south, it was always going to be Friday afternoon before the heavy stuff gets hear, this morning it's lighter, but it's a developing situ and best to radar watch now, iv exceeded shafalies prediction already so all bets are off lol
  7. I'm 7 miles east of Stratford upon Avon low ground and I'm doing pretty well so I don't think we should be that concerned
  8. I'v just had a proper rant at my bro mate it's so bloody painful, why is it so flipping hard to get snow outside of brum,, I'm telling ya I'm moving up there in a few years gonna swap my brand new housing house for a grotty 2 bed flat at least il see snow twice a year lol
  9. It looked shocking, yet the one 30 min before that, looked great and mentioned several cms of snow on low ground tomoz over the mids, graphics are always crap on that,
  10. I know I find it baffling how hard it is to see snow this cold spell its like pulling teeth, I think the areas seeing rain or sleet is due intensity.. But I notice even the ppn from northwest now seems to gaining intensity
  11. In all honesty whilst I appreciate you taking the time to do this,, we're all well and truly in - 4 Upper air, from Northern England to southern, yet for the Midlands South the conditions are more favourable, yet we're all the same air type, looking at that id say coming off the North Sea of the winds are off the sea il have to have a look, id say we're in a safer bet hear in the mids due to the lower due points mainly been in a bigger land mass?
  12. You need to back this up, from what iv saw any milder air from the west gets mixed out as it pushes south,
  13. Why? Haven't caught up yet, there's no milder air moving in so why will it get harder through the night. I'm in Warwickshire lol
  14. So your saying even with uppers at - 5 in a frontal situation it's stil gonna be sleet mix, that's pathetic
  15. Why do you say that,, its coming in from the east, its a wave along the back end of the front isn't it
  16. Morning guys and gals A quick one on this feature from the North, its making its way south coming into nornern England this afternoon moving south into Midlands this evening petering out all the while, It's the one coming in behind this from the northeast that's getting my attention, and it's getting the attention of Carol too on BBC, very cagey but I'm old enough to spot a stand off approach which is down to uncertainty. I think this may be a secondary low developing a wave across the front!? I think it needs it watching for England and Wales tonight into tomorrow, Wondering what was the thoughts on this from the seniors?!!
  17. Well according to BBC its nothing at all,, someone talked about a kink developing as it moves south, I'm yet to see this projection if one wishes to elaborate
  18. Compare 12z with the 12z and 0z with the 0z, It's a huge improvement, we've got wedges of high pressure, a tanking neg ao, and no vortex over this side of the hemisphere, I think by tomorrow morning it'l look much better and this evenings will be an improvement again
  19. It's the trough I picked up on last night read my comments, I got rinsed for it, my addiction took over and I'v since woke every 2 hours for an update on my radar lol, it's now snowing outside and I was right, me me me me me!!!!!!
