Snow shower deposited 2 cm this morning in my part of Cheshire. Very slow moving and fair heavy for a while.

Looks like we had a snow grain shower at some point this morning- evidence on wheelie bin but nothing like sufficient to call a day of snow lying

Had snow here for much of the Morning and a shower overnight! Nothinng really stuck but the odd bits did!

Well that's interesting because I noticed on ceefax P404 that Lerwick's temperature at 7am was a balmy 4°, so not surprised to hear the snow didn't lie.

Anyway for Aberdeen - light, dry snow shower at 7.30 this morning which produced a slight covering/dusting. Heavy snow shower around an hour later giving a further covering which has slowly disintigrated through the afternoon - still some snow in my backgarden though. Dissapointing to see no further snow showers between 9am and now...hopefully some more this evening. Colder again now so would settle no problem.

It's snowing! All right, it's a light fall, but it;s real snow and not the sleet/snow we had last time. And yes the radar indicates a passing shower. But it's here and it's still mid only evening.
