They're talented musicians....but I can't stand there whiny vocals.

Keane are my personal fave.

What's it doing where you are now P.P.

Pretty juicy cluster of showers trundling its way slowly towards Newcastle.

This new 5min radar makes it seem even slower :wallbash:

Not sure how long I can stay up.

ETA 2:30-3:00 according to this:

PS I love Keane too, Bedshaped is the best one I think.

Nothing, only extremely light patchy snow at the moment...snow stopped some time ago.

I'm hoping for maybe 5cms but morning.

I noticed that too Andy on the Radar, but all I have is patchy cloud at the moment.

But I would have thought that I'd get something before daylight.

Yeah we all play Instruments In my house,

My son and I both play the guitar, and I used to play the drums and my daughters pretty hot on the piano.

Music is my first love really, and Muse are high on my list of Class bands. :)

Yeh there seems to be plenty of showers off that North-East coast looking to come inland :)

You planning on staying up to see the 00z then? I am hoping too stay up for it :wallbash:

Thats great!! I think its brilliant to see people be able to play musical instruments, music is a great gift and its always nice to know when people are playing different instruments :) Drums, guitar and piano for your musical family is a great combination :(

Keane are my personal fave.

Matt Bellamy has an incredible voice. And Keane went to my school you know :wallbash: . I like Keane -some of their stuff is really good, but i haven't listened to their second album that much, and their first, while i started off liking it, i got totally bored of at some point. I have no inclination to listen to it really now - it's just a bit weedy, lacking in complexity.

Anyway, back on topic, temp here is back down to -3.5C

Yes the showers are starting to look a bit more organised now.

I'm not sure about staying up, I did lastnight and it didn,t pay off as we are

kind of back to square one again tonight and still don't know what's exactly going to happen.

Yes those instruments are a good combination.

What's good as well is I live in the Country with no neighbours to worry about.

So we can make as much noise as we like.

It can get quite boring where I live though as there are no pubs or anything, and the nearest

shop is about six miles away.

Nothing here in the West Midlands, nothing expected tonight. It is however the coldest night of the winter so far at -5.2c. At least the ground will be nicely frozen for whatever arrives later in the week

Look chaps. As much as I like music, can we please stay on topic?? There's the retreat for all that sort of thing. That's why its been created, for general natter like.. :wallbash:

As things are busy on the forum, you may find your posts are just dumped. Just letting you know how thing are. More so on the model thread..

Try and use the retreat area.. Create your own thread in the lounge if you want to have a laugh.. You won't find your posts edited/deleted that way.. Its a members only area.. This is a public forum area.. :(
