Well, after all the hiatus over the recent call by the Met Office for more responsible reporting on climate change there has been an admission from HQ finally this morning that changes in climate are based cyclically and on natural factors afterall.

Whilst human activity does make a very slight contribution it is believed that the next IPCC report is to contain a raft of new data which show that AGW feeback mechanisms have been over modelled to a significant degree.

A press meeting is to be called around 11am with more detail about the 'change of heart' and what the IPCC report will cover - so worth looking out for.

In view of 'logistical problems' (as described by Darren Bett) and organising the impromptu press meeting etc, there is difficulty providing the link atm in relation to this breaking news - but the meeting to follow will be on News 24 from 11am with questions to follow

It's true, but the G20 summit and riots in London weren't. They were all riots that actually took place in Bagdhad. They used Photoshop to edit in the London background and change skin color.
