another sunny day after the early low cloud burnt off

the 12th day in June with max temps of aover 21C, so not a bad start to summer for here.

looking at the model predictions this should last into July so at least the first 1/3 of summer is going to be above normal for temperatures in this part of the world.

A cloudy and cool start to the day though the sun came out about 10:30am and was mostly sunny up until 2:45 ish, since then its been rather cloudy/hazy.

Currently rather breezy with hazy sunny spells, temp around 23c

Hit 26.1c here this afternoon, 2nd hottest temp recorded so far for me, previous high was 26.3c at the start of the month, although the last hot spell we had my sensors stopped recording temps so it might have been warmer then but alas I didn't record it.

I highly doubt its 24C where you are.

Meanwhile, fine and sunny here in Suffolk, only a little high cloud about. A moderate easterly breeze with a temperature here of 19.8C.

Hi frostyjoe, no i never do, I believe that it reached 24C where you are, it was 24C here today too, local gardens are sometimes warmer than official weather stations and even these can be inaccurate
