Tonight is nailed for me as one of the 'old boys' from our machine shop has just said to me (quite unprompted and without knowing my interest) 'there's gonna be a big thunderstorm later' in a kind of Sussex yokel/sailor accent

Well so much for the torrential downpours here in Devon. At the moment it is very humid and damp with what can only be described as slight drizzle. Unfortunately the sun hasn't had a chance to get any warming underway, so it looks like this is all we're going to get today. :ph34r:

we have 31.5 here in somerset, too much so humid with it, a few clouds about now but has also gone very hazy

The difference in humidity between today and the last few days is really quite something, here in London at least!

Although we still have occasionally v slight E breeze at times, it feels far warmer :ph34r:

Hard to believe there is a thundery breakdown coming where I am as there is almost no convection at all at the moment.
