It was a lovely morning until 20 mins ago, as usual for the extended spring of 2009 the dark clouds have rolled in along with the incessant breeze that seems to have persisted since about April. OK, it might not be as bad here as parts of the north-west, but I'm totally hacked off with this so called summer. You can see the line of cloud scooting along. It couldnt be 20 miles further north-west could it? Roll on 2010, or will we have four cra*ppy summers on the trot?

Supposedly 30c in London today as they keep telling us, although as of now its not much different from yesterday and I only recorded 24.5c. It's sunny, bit of high cloud around, currently 18.9c. I think the really warm heat will be to the north of London, probably 26-27c here today, but we'll see.

Possibly, I'm not weather expert like some people here. I'm sure Heathrow (or somewhere) will also hit 30c, but even during the last hot spell we had I only broke 30c once (30.3c on 29th June) apart from that it's always been the high 20s. It's nice - not complaining at all - but annoying when they keep going on about 30c in London when it could well be 2-3c below that here.

Temp has risen to 19.4c since my last post, its creeping up.

Not wall-to-wall blue skies, bit of haze up there. Now up to 20.6c although my sensor tends to jump in temperature then sits (or rises slowly) for a time then jumps up again.
