Fairly heavy sleety rain now, temp back down to 1.3c, dewpoint 0.1c.

I just don't get it, much lower temps than the Beeb were forecasting, but yet still not snowing

My guess is it has to be the uppers. That's all it could be because we have plenty of surface cold.
