Its wins the award for the slowest moving band

If anyone has not got the net-weather radar then its well worth getting. For £3 or what ever it is then its a bargain for what you get! I'm sure people who have it will fully back me up ;)

deffo slow mate! still not snowing properly yet lol

Well at least its snowing lightly then  Hope for me yet. Perhaps a cm by the morning if the showers keep going. Still a few out in the North sea. Anything that keeps me topped up will keep me happy ;)

I think that in half an hour between 2330 and 0000 the band only moved a few miles over the M1/A1 junction at Hook Moor and to the north of that, to the West of Wetherby

Leaving it till 1am [thats my cut off point...for now]

MY wife went up to bed at 1030pm and i said "i will be up in a bit"

God i wish i went up ,... it would have been more fun in bed than watching /waiting for snow.....i think :air_kiss:

It looks as if the heavier PPN pivoted around Tadcaster to put Selby and Pontefract in the firing line. Leaving us with a thin band only. Even so, as Ezman says - there is still a fair amount of snowfall.

Now I'm bored - time for bed. Although it's started lightly again it's nothing to write home about. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!

What a day :air_kiss: there's been snow, quite heavy at times, on and off all day. Then this evening, it snowed

continuously for about three hours. The snow cover that is beginning to accumulate is getting ridiculous.

There's easily 9 or ten inches on my garden table and shed roof etc. The snow just keeps coming here.

Will open a new thread in a minute
