FYI - Paul Hudson on Look North has just said he thinks there won't be a breakdown next week - an attempted incursion but the cold hanging on and no end in sight.

paul hudson said snow showers for here and to my surprise he was right, bit of snow falling now, he did not mention potential depths, anyone any ideas if these will be light or heavy

In the second half of Look North they showed a segment with a Spalding Leisure Centre/Fitness Club where they created outdoor events using snow, they gave imaginative titles to each of their outdoor events; idk.. hmmm eg. Snowball Basketball, Crochet, Snowball Throwing etc..

So no excuse for not getting fit this January was the message.

no i missed that bit, but i have been ice diving today. i scrapped the ice off the top of my hot tub opened the lid and dived straight in. lol
