Sun just starting to set here now. Nothing out of the ordinary so far, but still very nice!

What kinda change is this supposed to have on the sunsets anyway?

Supposed to make very colourful although I've got to admit I've never seen it happen. Yet.

Starting to get some nice colour here - like a developing poleroid. Seen better ones here tho', without a volcano to help.

Very good! Dids you see it earlier when the lahar was coming down?

No. Missed that. Here's a couple more of our volcano imposter.

He should get some good shots from there.

If you look in the image folder on that site: http://extras.vodafone.is/trailers/fimmvorduhals/mx10-4-235-80/2010/04/16/14/

check back to around number 40 onwards - in 41 you see it just at the top (on the left hand image), in 42 it has reached the bottom.

Some nice colour in the sky now but I'm not sure if it wouldn't have been like this anyway.

Lookee what I spotted

Wonderful! They need to zoom out a bit more as it's gone off the top of the view now. More ash for the winds to spread...

Can't seem to view the camera. Just wont load.

Sometimes it can be slow. Just leave it load and it eventually comes. It looks absolutely stunning now.

seismic activity slowly going up again too, as would be expected the way that volcano is pumping ash out now!

Just 'because you can't see the dust, don't mean it isn't there...

'A Finnish F-18 Hornet jet had a scare, nearly overheating even on a short flight as the ash blocked its cooling ducts. Air Force spokesman Joni Malkamaki says the Hornet "flew for about an hour" on a regular training flight in clear weather and the pilot saw no signs of any volcanic cloud.'
