The BBC did mention spock the far west would start to brighten up through the afternoon so maybe that would explain.

Sunny here at the moment had on and off showers alll day, 2 of which contained hail.

Hey ya kold weather, just drove thro' a Storm on my way home from Southend. Its certainly made the drive home rather more eventful than normal.

Currently 6c, surrouded by dark clouds, NW'ly which gusts higher during rainfall. Todays top temp only 9c.
