Right, flights sorted, esta updated, now wondering about insurance, u guys gonna go the "go walkabout" way, or take out regular cover? I'm leaning toward regular tbh, not expecting it too be too hazardous?

i will go normal for this trip as it is more like a sight seeing tour not much chance of major mishap like out in the plains.

Same here the transport cost to the airport was a concern till. I had a nat exp coach option

I got an annual policy just before T1 this year so on the upside am covered already , insurance wise. How do I update me ESTA ?

Stupid Stupid Airlines!!!!!!!!

Had a look this morning at Craig and Paul's flight via DFW And my price is £1,017 Return

But.....................I have found the LHR To PHX Flight via Chicago at Stupid O Clock 745am Departure

and the Return is Direct with BA ( 9 Hours and 40 Minutes ) Back to Heathrow for £861 - And not only that it is on World Traveller Plus (Extra Leg Room)

It does not make sense all these price changes.

I bet if I log out and then log back on the price will go up about a zillion quid

Really want to swear on here!

Got timed out for that flight earlier and when I went back through the same flights are about £100 dearer now.

Bunch of tossbags the airlines - How can they get away with quoting a price at 10am and then have the same flights £100 dearer about 20 minutes later!

Going to leave this again for today but WILL Be booking when it is around the £820 - £850 price mark!

Dont think the guy who works for BA Can even get any sort of deal for us either!

Just found 2 direct flights for £861, flying back on Sunday, not Saturday on BA website ...I'm trying to book wish me luck !

i ve got time to make a choice the extra night at the super 8 is only £19 on hotelclub website. cheaper han my extra travel cost getting to heathrow will try book flight now

There seems to be a recurring theme here with regards to flights disappearing and suddenly appearing etc

I can still see it for £890 on the BA Website which is only £20 more than me and claire just paid earlier.

But it will probably be £795 tomorrow morning :lol:

So if you wanted to book the non stopper through BA That is still an option

I booked and paid for the tickets we were talking about last night, would have been good to all be together on the flights, but I want to be back on the sunday to have the monday to recover from the flight, work on tuesday
