1.5C

Dewpoint 1.1C, wetbulb 1.3C.

nother 0.5C shaved off that and we're in business.

1.4C here. Another 0.2C and we have a new low for this winter.

I'm actually ashamed to see that the Isle of Man has snow before I do in Northern England.

Sleeting here now but increasing in the snow part of the sleet. Looks like hills could get something out of this.

Snowing now, seems to be an front edge of sleet and evaporate cooling has turned it into snow.

One or two people who dismissed the chance are going to look duckheads now.

Snowing heavily now, sticking on roofs and grass.

Well done NW England- seems the L'pool-Manchester area and surrounding places have done pretty well it seems! Wouldn't be shocked to see backtrack go crazy soon... :p

Cheshire gap showers already in place. Good timing!

Reports if snow all accross coastal and inland northwestern areas so can only be good news. MetO going for heavy snow all the way till 3pm in stoke.

Im quite optimostic now
