Forecast for this region shows that any snow is likely during this evening to midnight then it looks like it will dry up with only the far West holding on to snow showers. It looks like the far East will be to dry to see anything though.

This map I showed shows the % chances of snow.

Hope this helps and enjoy the snow if you get any :)

Hope you're enjoying the snowfall up there! The radar shows the front moving south and not south westerly. I guess it will track SW later, or will it?

I don't reckon Herts will see much, but whatever it does see, you guys are on the right side of the county to see it

I'm hopeful, but tbh, I have no idea what's going to happen!

Just seen weather on BBC and it didn't seem to tally with the met office radar at all. It showed light snow to the east of London and the majority and heavier stuff to the west yet the radar i showing it all coming directly over the east and we have already got some snow here and looking at radar more moderate stuff to come. Is the radar out as in the accuracy of positioning?

Thanks Weathermaster. Looks like I'm in the 80% - Just. I'm not getting my hopes up though. Honest.

It snowing big flakes near Huntingdon...But whats up with the radar, its showing it should be snowing here in East Essex . The radar has been bad recently. Best pictures might be seen on the M11 motorway web cams.

Starting to thicken up here nicely, very much a lampost watching evening! I noticed the BBC have the snow moving away from us before midnight, clearing into Wales tomorrow. As seen exlusively on BBC East it is snowing nicely in Godmanchester now!

Snowing heavier here now like you said! Thought for a second it still wasnt settling on the roads but they are turning white now, want to get the bus into town (student life) tomorrow so was hoping just lots of snow on grass and pavements and none on the roads lol.
