Sure it just said snow for us on ITV, unless I'm going doolally!!!

Just recorded Dianne Oxberry's forecast. She said there's a small chance. I doubt it now tbh.

You probably would have bitten my head off before for even thinking of bringing this up but will this go down as one of if not the worst of the winter's you've ever experienced in terms of cold and snow or lack of it?

Certainly feels that way.

Paul Hudson has apparently said the precipitation will be curving back round and coming back more E-W across Yorkshire

Paul Hudson has apparently said the precipitation will be curving back round and coming back more E-W across Yorkshire

its what i was thinking, actually i thought it was quasi stationary for a while back there, but it explains the granada / itv forecasts of widespread snow over the nw, well south of the region by late tonight tomorrow...liverpool airport and manchester where going for snow late on.

Talk about how bad this winter is how many of you remember winters 1988-89 and 1991-92?

Saw some snow during mid-late November 1988 but then saw no snow until late February! There was hardly any frost in that period neither. If you love frost and snow, it was horrendous. Saw more snow in April 1989 than during December 1988 and January 1989 combined

1991-92 saw hardly any snow.
