no...NO.....why can't it slow down and wait another hour for when I leave work. if anything happens in that line approaching Bristol I'm going to miss it as im stuck inside!

Would be even better if I was home I live about 3 miles from the Severn crossing where thunder has been heard apparently.

Looking out the window from my desk it is absolutely hammering it down with hail mixed in. Can't hear if its thundering over the roar of office computers and printers aha.

20mm rain in just over one hour from the main front early this morning, then a thunderstorm at work near Carmarthen midday, and a torrential shower recently here in Carmarthen itself. Family also had thunder at home just past 12. Quite a day my first thunder experience in 13 months!

Line of cells that have just hit Bristol have come from Portishead/WSM where thunder & lightning have been reported in it.

Haven't heard or seen anything yet but here's hoping!

Have skies been clear before the thunderstorms to the west of here? If so, this is our problem.

Wow cant believe how quickly the line from Mid Wales has fallen apart.. game over here for the moment.

To say that was disappointing would be an understatement!

Just light rain here.

Several flashes per minute and loud overhead thunder here in Birchwood, can't see loads from my window but saw a couple of cloud to cloud bolts clearly. Still going.

Still torrential rain felling here, but no thunder. Causing minor flash flooding currently though!
