Thanks Steve, a bug or a grumbling appendix I think, certainly not overindulgence I wasn't up to eating and drinking yesterday !

Thankfully today is my day off so I can stay in my PJ's for a while and recover angel.gif

If I feel rough, it's generally self inflicted, but having said that, I don't think I've been (physically) sick for over 20 years. Mind you, I was close a few months ago, when I ate a couple of raw dorset naga chillies down my local, as a somewhat ridiculous stunt.doh.gif The night afterwards, I don't think I've drunk so much milk per bodyweight, since when I was a baby!ohmy.png

lol - I wasn't actually sick just feel it, I'm never normally ill other than the occasional self inflicted headache, I've still got a very low achey pain on my RHS but nothing compared to what it was like last night !

Such a different day weather wise here today, I really need to go out at some point so I will have to get out of my PJ's soon but it really looks like it should be a duvet day compared to the weekend when I was topping up my tan in the garden.

Are you a bit stressed Hun? I get that and it's irritable bowel syndrome. It can be VERY painful. I hope you feel better soon. :)

I found this ridiculous video on youtube. http://www.youtuube....h?v=NR7jvw9W-TQ I've put an extra 'u' in the youtube, which will have to be removed to watch this (I don't want this posting to take up too much space) The guy is braver than me. I had half a pint of beer close to hand...

Back on topic...the weather brightened up for a while here, but now has a disappointing stratocumulus look about it.sad.png

I'm getting more hopeful that the weather might be decent this weekend too.smile.png

Quiet in here today. Undoubtedly the non descript weather doesn't help.

There is a lovely strong breeze blowing now. So refreshing after the hot days. :)

and great for the washing, although the ruddy Lovebird has taken to sitting on the whirly line. I may use an alterntive method of capture... ..dry.png

Can't you post a photo of said lovebird and pretend it was taken in some tropical paradise?biggrin.png

It ended up being not too bad a day here; a lot of the earlier stratocumulus having evaporated. My office is starting to get disturbingly dark though; another sign of approaching winter I guess.

But Eastbourne is a tropical paradise?!

Please, don't, the thought of approaching months of gloom is depressing enough

Yes, depressing.sad.png I ended up having a very depressing day today. A cloudy and dark evening hasn't helped. I think I'll go to bed early tonight and start afresh in the morning.

Sorry you've had a bad day, an early night is always the answer to that, tomorrow is another day !

I quite like the dark nights snuggled up on the sofa with candles lit in the room it's very relaxing

Oh yes, the dark winter nights are the best IMO. Nothing like a roaring pub fire on a cold frosty night biggrin.png

I smell WINTER
