I'll be at the Chappel beer festival tomorrow, early in the afternoon. I'd have thought CAMRA members would know about it?

I'll be there, wearing a blue denim t-shirt, with black jeans and possibly a Reebok baseball cap, so if in the 1 in a million chance you turn up and can identify youself, I'll buy you a pint.

I've seen a few photos of some of you here, even if it's a very staged photo, like Perfect Storm'sbiggrin.png

I've not seen any photos of Coast, but he makes clear that he drives a sporty car, so he could sing in a Bolanesque way, "I'm faster than most and I live on the Coast ah ha"

It will be 3 welcome days off for me and at least 2 in the sun I hope. Brighton Speed Trials tomorrow, better take some sun cream!

saturday looks dry and sunny 25-26 degrees

sunday looks dry and warm but getting windy late pm could see a 28 today

sunday night

monday

wet and windy temps look a lot cooler than the weekend 18-20 feeling cooler in the wind

tuesday

not often you will see 2 hurricanes on a fax chart

no point trying to go any further

these storms are going to make life very complicated next week to predict

I think the models will struggle with any effects of the two incoming storms, interesting times and all bets are off with regard to anything hittng us and what it might or might not bring.

Seems chilly out there but very bright, some WiiFit in a while and who knows what else today. Looks like it could be the best day of the weekend, enjoy it out there peeps.

Morning all, been up since about 5am...

Feels chilly out there but was sweating hot indoors, what's that all about?!

Yes, it looks that way. The models (GFS anyway) have been chopping and changing over the last few days, so much so that where it looked like next weekend might be decent yesterday, it now looks like a cool start, with a low pressure crossing our area on Friday, gradually then warming through the rest of the weekend.

After this last GFS update, for the moment, I'm just going to look 4 or 5 days ahead, as a max. I've been wasting too much time.sad.png

I'm still not sure what the current crop of Atlantic storms will do to the output and the real weather.

Longer term GFS fee atmosphere overview says pretty quiet really:
