O.K, here are the depths from the match-ups in the first half of the draw, totals are in cms.

N.M.R. (No measurement registered), come on people put 4 layers on and get out there and have a measure up.

Chart Viewer, suggested that if a competitor doesnt register a depth at this half way stage, they should forfeit the tie!

I'm tempted but thats a bit harsh but if they DONT REGISTER A DEPTH BY 9 a.m MONDAY, (IF NO MORE SNOW IS FALLING IN THE REGION,I SUPPOSE I COULD EXTEND THAT TO NOON), THEY WILL FORFEIT THE TIE AND THEIR OPPONENT WILL MOVE INTO THE NEXT ROUND. (I'm not shouting really).

A comment on those scores above, I'd wished I'd had a bet the overs in total snow depth JEZZER v.LONDON SNOW.

To think they were matched randomly from Paul S's list, spooky eh.

Cheers,

Tom.

Thats charming totally missed me out sorry.gif

Just spoke to Kaddy clapping.gif

I asked her:

@KaddyLP I hear you're saying 2-4cm for Kent. Really? Is this event being over ramped by the media and BBC weather using "significant" ??

Her reply

“@KaddyLP: @HallingWeather some parts of the south east could get more... And that would be fairly significant for us...â€

then

“@KaddyLP: @HallingWeather and sorry for lack of detail but I have been at the #Energyfair today and not able to look at charts thoroughlyâ€

I'm not going to wash my Twitter for a month!!!

Yes, however apparently it is the blob in Southern France, not the one heading off into Germany!

Thank you for replying, so the bit that looks like its broken off at the bottom?

What is also strange is that I have been drawn against someone from a town where my wife comes from! Of all the places and opponents possible.

Well it is now about 1.5cm of ice!!

This is the problem for me, living so close to others in central London (and in a mews above an office), there is no way any fall is going to last very long... Did have 6.7cm at 4am this morning though.

Do maximums count?? wink.png

Sno' I'll put down as 3 cms, it was supposed to be measured at 6 p.m, slapped wrist with your ruler.

Thanks to all of you who have registered your amounts, the rest of you are off my Xmas card list! tongue.png Only joking.

But remember you must register your depth around about 9.00 a.m Monday, no excuses, no sick notes, otherwise you will forfeit your match to your opponent!

You might of course, unlike me, have a life!

Cheers,

Tom.

Fortunately I picked Mars, not even a troll would say that!

I'm supposed to be travelling to Mars tomorrow evening to see my grandma. Does anyone know whether this will be even possible?
