O.K, here are the depths from the match-ups in the first half of the draw, totals are in cms.

N.M.R. (No measurement registered), come on people put 4 layers on and get out there and have a measure up.

Chart Viewer, suggested that if a competitor doesnt register a depth at this half way stage, they should forfeit the tie!

I'm tempted but thats a bit harsh but if they DONT REGISTER A DEPTH BY 9 a.m MONDAY, (IF NO MORE SNOW IS FALLING IN THE REGION,I SUPPOSE I COULD EXTEND THAT TO NOON), THEY WILL FORFEIT THE TIE AND THEIR OPPONENT WILL MOVE INTO THE NEXT ROUND. (I'm not shouting really).

A comment on those scores above, I'd wished I'd had a bet the overs in total snow depth JEZZER v.LONDON SNOW.

To think they were matched randomly from Paul S's list, spooky eh.

I will post the scores on the doors in the 2nd half of the draw, in a wee while, too much to take in all at once.

If I've missed anybody's total let me know.

Cheers,

Tom

I had 0.75cm in Little Wakering Tom :)

AS, what's your snow depth?

It was 8cm on Friday evening - my youngest and his class at RP junior school went out to measure, with their class teacher, so I take that as reliable! BTW the school stayed open all day and that is what they normally do - they love the snow and ice and regularly send the children out into Priory Park with sledges!

Probable that a smidgeon has been added today but not enough to measure

Lol to be fair when we played them on NYD They went ahead in 2 minutes and that could have been their 3rd goal!

Crazyness!

What do you reckon we are looking at tomorrow Paul ?

I would be upset if we did not get 4" (10cm) to be honest, we are quite high up, I know I am 76 mtres above sea level and you must have 25 more on me up there on the Mount.

So yeah 10cm would be nice!

I don't understand...from the radar it doesn't even look like it's heading for the UK at all? Is it expected to be blown west?

Gfs 18z is brilliant for tomorrow and all next week, but it has completely lost the plot by t156 its trying to undercut a 920 low, if we get to t156 as shown on the gfs going forward will either be the mother of all blizzards or massive floods

I was wrong it does both. It will never verify thou, have to laugh at the gfs after t96 the last couple of weeks, but its precip charts upto t24 have been fairly accurate, so tomorrow looking for whole region.

Did a sledge run down the "chalk path" today on Reigate/Colley Hill - must be one of the best runs in Surrey - deffo worth checking out if you are in the area. Hoping it gets a top-up tomorrow morning.

Big respect for that one! Surrey equivalent of the Cresta Run.
