Sleet and rain turned to snow now in Hessle alot of the snow has thawed though now. Was worried it might be an non event here about 20 miles inland but right on the Humber closed to recording an week of lying snow now :-)

The snow is proper blowing here in the wind, if this carries on I can see this being fantastic and the drifts are gonna be knee deep the way this is going. The flakes should pep up soon and this is just the start. The car is already covered in fresh snow all over!!!

We could see quite a good event in Hessle tonight, looks like were pretty much in the firing line for the heavy stuff, Evap Cooling should bring the temps down, thats the hope anyway!

Just starting to snow here in HU10, looks like alot of snow on the way, strange the Meto have not upgraded alot more of Yorkshire for an Amber Warning, could see some large Accum tonight, the morning will be interesting for alot!

Hows it looking for the Beverley chaps?

Not really got here yet. A few flakes visible by the lamppost light now though. Should get heavier soon. Glad you guys are getting it: two Mondays in a row for the city!!!
