snowing here in Leeds as it has been for an hour or so, but patchy and wet. radar not good enough for anything substantial. Our best bet for the remainder of the winter (for really significant stuff) could be Wednesday. still hard to call that.

Subzero dew point is crucial, snow should settle at that point regardless of how wet the ground is.

From the forecasts i can see for Leeds, not sure the temp or humidity is going to drop any further to help those dew points fall.

Radar looks fine to me, the precipitation isn't moving very fast and is covering a large area. Met say heavy snow until tomorrow AM.

Looks like that heavier stuff just to the south of leeds is moving north, hopefully when it reaches us it will stall and not die.

I think at best im going to see an inch tonight. Its been snowing for 4 hours now and not even reached that yet! Shame we never got the 10-20cm projected earlier in the week lol
