That line of precip developing there to the north is exactly as projected by NAE

<takes a peep at the radar>

just wondering whether I might see a dusting tonight if the NMM is right - seems to be an arc of snaw slowly edging this way across the firth. Probably amount to very little here tonight, NL more likely to get a dusting sticking around till dawn.

Best policy here is still to remain convinced that nothing will happen, because, well, it won't, will it?

It would have been great to see this form across the Firth in daylight . Currently 1c here so will defiitely be snow if it hits

have to ask this just now before all the fun gets going tomorrow

i started a little thing on thursday morning and it will be finished on monday afternoon and i am going to do a post on it.

i have seen other posters on threads puting in links to a post on another thread how do i do this as i would like to put a link to my post in other threads as i think other people might be interested in reading it but i cant be bothered going through the more reply options on every thread and doing it so they can just flick through the pics.

so if anyone knows how i put a link in other threads could they plz tell me how to do it.

I haven't done it but probably hyperlinks I would think. I know what you mean.Need to be on a PC. I'm on a tablet just now but I think you right click on the site you wish to link, there should be an option to Hyperlink. Then insert where required

that streamer on the NMM chart looks like it might be the same streamer in the north on radar just now and if it is then it might affect the whole east coast on its way south

a post within a topic

There's probably an easier way to do it, but go into your profile to view your own posts. Each one will have a link on it, click it and copy and paste the URL from your browser.

You used to be able to click on the post number and get a URL but think that came off in a forum update.

excuse the wobbly line but the bit inside the painted lines is the feed for our streamer and it stretches back quite a bit

Snow grains falling and settling now, sporadically, according to youngest HC. Not enough for a snow day so he's most unimpressed.

Crappy cold day with strong biting winds. Still blowing the no, but dry for now.

Had our farmer next to us rushing to finish his fields before the cold set in.. wonderful smell indeed. lol

Lots of Geese knew this was happening.

That band of showers incoming for the NE really picking up now. Should arrive in Aberdeen soon.

0.7 C here and dropping at a good rate.
