Light sleet here near Padstow. Hoping for a bit more later on tonight. I think we might be a bit too far north but anything is possible!

Below link gives a great view of the system in question, and it appears to be spurting nice bands in a northerly direction, going to be an interesting night radar watching, I'm in for the long haul, beers in fridge!

Do it or you might regret it. acute.gif

Ok, I will do! Still, I will still see the snow lying in the morning, but I'll wake up in the night, anyway. :D

Look at the moisture getting sucked in from the Atlantic and spinning out of biscay into N France ad towards SW England, fantastic graphic

Also, that system is definitely heading NE, no question about it. Put a pin on the centre at the start and see where it finishes. All positive I'd say! But I'm no expert!

Nothing here in Hordle yet. My parents in Jersey have had some pretty major warnings locally, unheard of for them! Weather apps on phone all over the place varrying from no snow to 4 inches (of snow)! We will see.

Tomasz Schafernaker just said this ..

North France,Channel I. still in for big snowstorm tomorrow.Normandy perhaps 50cm snow.South Eng still at risk of being brushed

It seems that's all they think it is, a risk.

It certainly is a watch and wait rather than a giving up scenario, that is for sure. drinks.gif

I sadly think we'll miss this now, everything is pointing towards it.
