some powerful gusts here ATM. Met-office station 1 mile west on the beach showed gusts of 60 MpH at 2130Z

Can hear it over ours and believe me, my missus likes it on loud.It does seem to be getting stronger now and the conservatory is taking a bit of a pounding at the moment.Anyway early start in the morning so off to bed now to listen to the wind howling even more.

Looks like 48mph will be highest here. That 50 mph barrier is getting damn hard to beat.

Fireworks at manor park glossop amazing....mettricks pulled pork bap and hot chocolate went down well.....very muddy and wet and windy though.....wind seems to have picked up quite a bit since ive got back in.....blowing a hoolie....we are quite exposed this high up though....had lightning earlier..... Feeling nice though with roaring fire....

Doors a rattling here..... Gusting 55-60mph in last 20 minutes.....some lively showers shooting overhead too....radar looking peachy....5c though.......brrrrrr....

A gust of 61 mph at 2235 but most of the gusts between 45 and 55 mph.

Still pretty blowy had to go outside put something on top of 3 bins the lids keep opening and shutting banging on the fence wind feels colder than earlier brrr
