He was involved in a lot of stupid films, and quite good at it too, stripes, ground hog day spring to mind

Just got the 4 x CD box set  - 'True to the Blues' to mark his 70th birthday this year. There are 56 tracks on it and every one of them is a killer...  really. I just can't wait for May!

The Parks Trust’s here in MK have a free Open Air Film Festival at Campbell Park in August - this year they are showing some classic films from the 80’s and 90’s The Drive In Movie has returned for 2014 too, I might just have to go along and watch Jaws from the comfort of my own car !

Who won the regional snow competition this year then lol. I take it it was a 0-0 draw!

Funny you should say that as  we have had a request for extra time so a member can bring on his sub, I know it's been wet recently but not that wet.

 

Showers have been very heavy here today with hail and some gusty winds, temperature now down to 6.5c.

Taking place in Campbell Park on Friday 15 August at 8pm this event promises an uplifting evening of classical favourites, relaxed picnics and a spectacular firework finale.

Well it was for me that day but I wasn't in this country for the proms in the park last year so I missed it ! Hopefully we will get a really scorching hot summer and all the summer festivals will be rain and mud free this year :-)
