July is often the month that makes or breaks a summer with it being the warmest time of year. I will go for average at 16.7c

16.7 for me but with it being the month that decides whether it ends up a decent Summer or yet another rubbish one, that figure could go up or down for me.

My heart hopes for a Dickensian 13C but my head says to expect the warmest July on record... soooo 20C  :(

17.4C for me, it looks like we will start on a pretty average westerly type pattern, so some warm dry weather coupled with cooler unsettled spells. I do think we will see a five day spell of decent weather sometime from mid-month which will push us into the warmer than average category again.

Will we see a break in the long line of above average CET months? I think our chances are higher that this will happen this month than any other so far this year.. however, I will go conservative and say 16.6 a near average month. Could be one of two halves, first half unsettled and cool, drier and warmer second half. Certainly can't see a 2013 repeat, nor a 2012 repeat. A half decent July, but hardly anything exceptional, indeed I don't want to say it, but I think we have had our lengthiest driest sunniest settled spell of the year.
