Snow melting away pretty quickly. A shame when you see it falling and you know it won't last. Theme of this winter.

The last i seen was wintry showers this morning, then clearing this afternoon Radar still looks potent for a while but showers by there nature are hit and miss

1.5 cm of snow here. We seem to be catching the eastern edge of the heavier showers, 4 miles to the east the hills are green/ brown.

Yes story of this winter, limited opportunities and those we have had have generally been snow to rain affairs, or just the wrong side of marginal. For those further north on high ground my sense is its not been too bad a winter snowise.

Frequent sleet/graupel/soft hail showers here in Telford, nice surprise after weeks of monotone.

Had a look to my north not too long ago and spotted that, Arnie. Nice convection having developed across many parts inland this afternoon with insolation and cold mid-upper level air, looking at satellite/radar imagery.
