East Bristol should start seeing light snow very shortly, closing in on Keynsham now. Anything in Yate yet?

as others have said i am surprised that the intensity has stayed and not just fizzled out to nothing long before it got near any of us.

close watch of the radar has shown it intensifying in places.

A quality radar lampost watch evening , one i was not expecting at all.

really can not see this area of PPn getting any further west than Bristol.

which is a surprise as earlyer i was thinking it wasnt going to get here

Tony, you are in a good spot, looking at the radar

for me, on current ppn spread, the sweet spot is the Marlborough Downs, (between Marlborough and Wantage and then down into Devizes)

Might have to make this into a screen saver given that precipitation is likely to be ALL snow.  :shok:

All the more amazing given our despondency over the more recent sleet events and all our negative thoughts are soon to turn into positive ones. I pray that most get as much as they can handle by the morning.  :drinks:

I'll drink to that gtltw, :drunk: although I have a feeling I may end up drowning my sorrows...  :bad:

Can't believe how far this feature has travelled from the east coast! I'm in mid Somerset, about 10 miles north of Yeovil - can I dare to hope that it'll make it here, just a dusting will do - don't want much ma' luvs. Good luck tyo those in cider country & elsewhere

Wessex Downs and Marlborough Downs as you say are looking good but I wouldn't to hog it all so I'm hoping others can revel in it, I think a lot will be, in all fairness.

Are there any M4 corridor cameras available online just to prove that it can make it past that blessed road construction.  :D

WASTED on you!

Several inches centimetres (to correct slight exaggeration of my expectations) by the time I wake up in the morning, with luck.
