Phew well that was a brave step on my behalf, finally rang a local hypnotherapist and booked an appointment to stop smoking 10th march!! Was nervous as hell, so stupid this nicotine addiction, well emotional and psychological. I dont believe in replacing nicotine with nicotine!

Well done ,stopped in October myself ,didn't even smoke on hols at 2.50 euro a pack !!!.
