Have you given up?

Tonights ECM a one of?or is something in the pipeline?

for me 28th Feb is the point of no return(apart from March 2013)

Not yet no but I shouldn't be driving round in the car today with window down and only a t-shirt on, crazy. Don't get me wrong I love the warm weather but not in Jan when wanting snow. Only glancing at the models lately as they are so rubbish. The strat isn't playing ball either, every chart seems to be 240 onward.

I will give up mid march.

While everyone is moaning on,  there's potential for snow on Saturday, keeps showing up on the gFs and look at the 528 line on the fax chart. It won't last but worth keeping an eye on.

Well so far the rain shadow effect is coming into play for this area, I hope it does nt end up being dry and dull all day. Winds are very strong though, everyone's bins sailing down street lol.

In other words, a normal day in "winter" 2015/16....

Dry as bone here, but we'll get some drizzle at some point today.  The GM rain shadow will probably allow us that. Gusty winds.... as for weekend cold rain will replace mild rain...that's as far as my glass of wintry optimism is being topped up.

I'd be so angry if it was cold enough for snow. The mountains are making short work of this 'ex-storm'. Rain shadow effect in full force. It's been dry all day here. Enjoy your rain everyone haha!

Another dry, bright, windy day.  Just like with Desmond and Frank the rain shadow is in full effect.   Nothing out of the  ordinary wind-wise yet.

Looks like I was lucky to get some sunshine today then. Quite a bit actually.

Not a bad day - few spots of rain, windy and got brighter as day went on.

It is actually quite calm and quite wet here with some sun end of day. Just a typical rainy day.

I woke up at 10:30am so I slept through the worst most likely.
