Looking forward o tomorrow A.M as I am right under the SLGT warning zone, although I have to keep my excitement and bay as I've beep let down a lot recently, tomorrow looks somewhat more promising even though there's little CAPE it shows how weird and wonderful our climate can be here in the UK

We have a thread for European convection and webcam links :)

It gets rather confusing when reading through the posts in here, and having to sift past the posts regarding other parts of Europe.

Dark convective clouds on the horizon off to the NW but they don't seem to be doing anything

It's a shame these cells have the potential but there is something stopping them progressing into sferic precipitation, wouldn't be upraised if there's some hail mixed in the shower core.

Probably due to the shallow CAPE values and fairly low lapse rates.

I suppose so, but there are still cape values which can cause at least a few strikes in the heavy precipitation, correct me if I'm wrong.

No thunderstorm-related action here this evening but still, a great one for convection! Lots of cells bubbling up, including a near misser which produced a little rain in the distance around sunset.

A turbulent sunset here but the heavy stuff has stayed to the south. Going to have to water the plants myself, tsk!

Same here at about the same time. Starting hoping for a moment, a proper thunderstorm might develop, but it weren't to be.

Gutted, in the same area and I appear to have missed it!!  Best of it being I was actually outside in the summerhouse/cat pen with the door open!  Think I must be going deaf...
