Avoid it if I were you, doom and gloom because the ECM is a slower evolution again and the high too close to the UK, so obviously cold spell over before it’s started

I don't actually need to read the Mad thread, because I've seen enough from the models this morning to be content about the coming cold spell, but it's always good for a laugh! there are some fragile individuals in their crikey!! LOL and some of the most negative people I've ever come across!

If I read between the lines, the Met O update sounds like a blend of the ECM and the GFS. I'd take that all day! But we could end up cold and dry, that's on the table no question!

It's the mud slinging I can't bear. " Why didn't you listen to me" blah, blah when they're discussing something that might or might not happen at the end of the week.  I'll take 4 by day -4 by night as that's par for these parts. But colder than that, no ta.

I only take notice of a few of the truly knowledgeable posters in there. And when i say "a few" that is exactly what i mean. When things get exciting there are too many wannabees who know sweet f.a. but just think they know because they repeat stuff they've read on the internet.

And if in doubt just keep an eye on Meto updates.

NURSE!!! I feel a twinge of excitement must resist a bit longer. Another superb GFS run if cold weather is your thing.

Both feet on the ground

My seat view for Sunday's Cup Final..

There's a chance it may look like one of those crazy NFL games where everything's white LOL

Got a feeling that you’re going to end up disappointed... no snow and an easy win for City!

That's what everyone said last year in the Semi-Final....... (minus the snow)

No doubt it won't be easy, no pressure on Arsenal, all on City. But either way, I support my team whether they win or lose! Day out a Wembley not to be scoffed at.
