Moderate snow here and starting to settle again, covering the melted patches. I think those of us with a bit of elevation could do well again.

Yes reds now appearing. Time of pp doesn't help.

Got a light covering this morning which then disappeared at lower levels but the second wave has now arrived.  It’s light and not likely to settle around here but further inland and at higher elevations I think could get another covering overnight.  I have to travel down the M4 tomorrow so I’m hoping it won’t be too serious, if I’m honest!  🤞

That's the thing - whatever we wish for weather wise, it too often  tends to come at the wrong time, like me with my Llandudno trip tonight. Still work on the assumption that the A55 will be clear and if MetO are right then you might already be in the milder air by then!?🙂

1.2C and DP 0.8C with just icy rain, I think thats it for the snow for now! Wonderful little event, was predicted 1-2cm and ended up with 2inches!

Enjoying it while it lasts. Pretty big thaw with me that I can't imagine it'll do much to cover. So nice to see some falling snow throughout the day though, and a nice surprise I guess!

Snow has pepped up a lot in the last 15-20 minutes as the brighter echoes work their way in. Settling on most surfaces again now here.

Picking up again now and trying to settle on the tarmac, but probably not just cold enough. My weather app says it’s rain, but is definitely snow.

My daft cat keeps going out into snow, then coming back looking yeti like and bewildered.

Snow now easing off.  Can’t quite understand meto afternoon forecast.  Are we due more snow tonight and tomorrow or is it sidestepping up straight to Cumbria?
