Snow just about stopped. The snow depth 30cm to 31cm and over my walking boots.

Found the rain gauage waiting for snow to melt guess about 50 to 60mm

I'd guess we've got around 20cm here, still snowing too

2-3cm here so far and still snowing, more than happy with that as when I went to bed at midnight it was 1.2°C with no snow settling. 

 

im hoping some of my fellow eastern low landers have also had some snow as there nowt worse than watching central and western areas get plastered whilst we get bugger all.

Wow! What a sight this morning, I hope everyone has got in on the act who were struggling yesterday

Been snowing here pretty much for 24 hours in the end so certainly an event to remember for that.

Very deep here now, with drifting and a lot of side surfaces covered in snow too:

Great to read your snow reports and see the pics. 
Wow, some impressive amounts.
Lots of stories on the TV news as well.
Here, in the East .. heard it raining heavily at 6.35am.
'That's it' I thought, chances gone .. but it has turned to moderately
heavy snow.   Struggling to settle on roads, but the grass is white.

Lots of snow in the night. There was 9cm when went to bed and now average measurement of 21cm on grass and patio.  Lots of variation due to the wind though.

Rain turned to snow here about 2 hours ago so we have a covering now and stuck in a streamer from the North East

Morning all - About a 6 inches in my area of Barnsley this morning.  Side roads are attrocious and main road heading west out of Barnsley is a slushy mess.  Temp is -0.2 and dewpoint -0.5c.   A few pics from brief morning dog walk.

Heavy snow belting it down again now here, the heaviest of the last couple days

Even snow in Doncaster, after some rain at first, I think the snow started a bit before 0500, still snowing, slushy on the road but a complete cover of 1+cm, a low of 0.3 C at the moment

Last looked out at 2.30 am and nothing but rain, a bit different now...

Had a little trouble getting to my weather station.  Cleared a path to it not good conditions out there nearly snowed in guess I needed another 10cm or so.
