The thing is though it will slow down as it moves towards colder air in east so I think you’re more talking more about 4am.

Thats my sensible 1st choice kids are primed, well when I say kids they are 18 and 16 years old

Enough snow to sledge Gusted Hall Wood nice big hill

Assuming the local roads will be closed under the immense strain of snowfall, i will probably hurtle my kids down Nobles Green Road

Bang On Mick

Really lovely atmosphere in here and lots of 1 liners and jokes, lets be honest this type of Snowfall is a bonus and its not the proper spell we crave when the better set up comes in (the one rarer than hens teeth) so lets just enjoy and see what happens

No point having snow that's turn to slush and muck soon after, still waiting for the proper cold from the East, and proper dry snow,

MetOffice warnings haven’t changed to me, just checked. Let’s just enjoy what we get, most of us will get something.

Good luck everyone

Based literally on the fact the warning is still up on the Met Office site? In what way has the warning 'disappeared"? Unless you mean the risk associated with the warning is now gone, in which case I agree. I'd be surprised if the warning wasn't cancelled assuming 18z guidance continues to show a reduced risk across the board.
