Just hopped on to say, I have a wintry mix at the moment, hail, maybe a flake of wet snow.

Hail, rain passed through making everything soaked again. 
 

Once these residual showers finish from NW hopefully will get a rain free night and day tomorrow

Well here is a phenomenon I have never seen before. A rainbow this late in the day. As the sun is setting over my house. Amazing. Nit had enough time to get out and get a photo. Just amazing

To be honest sorry tbh met office wangled it to say 100m 330 ft which is what it was snowing at ..other than sleet but you had to  be  above and beyond for it to be settling but settle it did say above 450 ft thats my patch,we snow lovers always know our high heels oops hills

Is it in verga, or a high up cloud. Wish I had seen similar, wasn't looking. Cold water crystals can look wonderful during sun set.

Big clump of PPN just south of Maidstone, heading SE towards Tenterden, could be a bit of the white stuff in that lot.

Looks another poor cold spell for us in East Kent. We can’t seem to get a break atm! Hopefully some fleeting showers next few days.

Just watched the latest video from Aidan at the Met office. 
 

Bone dry for us with some frost and daytime temps between 4-6c rest of week before turning mild and dry later Sunday. 
 

Saving grace we get a break from the soaking rains for the next 7 days at least

Might be a Hail stone in there or a medium size wet snow flake

No fun though is it. How can we talk about a dirty great high .frost was crisp.this morning. ooh the excitement...if you lucky it will plonk its self right over us .if not  a gentle south westerly, can't wait
