Nothing here.

Really must be one of the worst places in the region for snow.

Just on the bus to work from mossley hill to liverpool.coming down heavy and has stuck to every surface.my walk to he bus stop was fun .that lovely crunching sound on every fresh step. It's probably about an inch and a half.all surfaces covered looks beautiful.not sure how to add photos though 🤣 if this is all we get I'd have no problem with it as I just like seeing snow.meant to be going the birds after work.notnsure how possible that will be

Awoke to a white covering here too... looks like the wind was on steroids last night and determined to lay the snow down.

Absolute chaos on trans pennine routes... even M62.

Depth of snow not a patch on 2010/11 but still good for mid march

The wrap around is near you.

Might catch something as it sinks south heaviest precipitation  looks to be over the west of the region currently.

Not much is moving anywhere locally with a few peeps being stuck in snowdrifts between Sparrowpits & Tideswell since 1am, Buxton MRT has been out all night doing community checks and helping out whoever they can with their 4x4 but for the most part all of the major roads were 'cleared out' by the time the heavy-persistent flurries hit so there's been minimal impact. Had it all arrived at rush-hour however it'd have been a completely different story.

On a positive note it looks like the colder-drier air digs in at 10am, clearing the skies free of cloud and those of us lucky enough to be living in the hills are in for a treat.

Light snow has arrived in S Cheshire trying to settle on cars.
Encouraging to hear snow reports over Merseyside/ Cheshire West 🙌❄️

Not sure how much snow has fallen overnight as every window is practically covered in the stuff but it looks like it’s still coming down pretty hard.

looks like an interesting drive to work, if I can get the car out of course.
