If im right in thinking, the curvature on these cells is what we have to watch for possible tornado's in NI and approaching Wales.

Yeah keeping a watch on these, large breaks in them. Wouldn't be surprised they have or will be creating some waterspouts.

Blue skies ahead of that line in Wales, could lead to some destabilisation?

Some lovely Asperatus around here in Bristol today... There were some heavy showers around at the time I took this.

Some bigger towers appearing in the cloud breaks from small pop up heavy showers over the midlands. Clearing as i type this though.

Naaa we’ve had so many this summer already. I couldn’t handle another

😂

I could have had plenty of distant action, when you can here rumbles but it's to far away to even notice unless standing outside. Got very good double glazing I guess. One storm got close enough to cause a flash bang, more because it actually built here and then moved off real quick, then gave Thanet a good show, with help of what was just rain over me reigniting, thanks to my little storm helping it.

Only if the risk becomes more widespread and spreads to more Western areas as well this time around.

I'm too old for action these days! oh ... wait ... we're talking about storms ...

I must admit, now in my 4th year oop north, and this is the first year that we've actually had some decent storm action, several plume type storms, as opposed to cloud-fart showers skirting the north seas coast...in fact a couple of real monsters that would have been impressed me whilst I was living in Wiltshire !

Oklahoma showing off from that crazy day.

I imagine the convective season for us here is slowly winding down now, though I know we can still get stuff pretty much any time of the winter or later in the autumn. Attention turning more to any Atlantic windstorms from here on forward, which can still produce showers and t-storms!
