It is missing me now. I am in between the lines of T-storms here. Dissapointing.

Best storm here I can remember. Constant lightning and thunder, like in the films

Heavy rain here, but not sparking off, everything East and West. Very frustrating given the potential, but that's the way it goes sometimes. Looks like a few members have got absolutely battered.

Started to rain here but no thunder anywhere near so been a let down so far, I'm too far east I reckon. Often the case with thunderstorms, more western parts of the region usually do better. Weather warning lasts until 11pm so still time yet I guess.

Drove out to a high vantage point, remained on the edge of it here Macc, but was close enough for me to get off the hill and back to my car. 😅 3 CGs observed, closest was near Congleton, saw a flash that arched upward like a smiley face over Manchester way.  Unfortunately no definition in structure over Manchester, a couple of pics anyway.

Just back from Eryri. After amazing aurora action Friday evening, we climbed Tryfan and Glyder Gach yesterday. Then given the forecast stayed course to the car and did some climbs until 3ish. The first drops fell as we reached the car. Then drove home on the A5, thinking the coast road might miss the action and we're rewarded with heavy rain and some lighting. Fabulous convective clouds seen over Manchester, and now this! Bucketing rain, lots of lightning and some thunder. (Some of the rain was the sort that swallows thunder).

Do I see a reload between Knutsford and Wilmslow?

Dark Horse i ended up too far East,  West, North and South lol!. Still time to go on the warning as you say, but I think chances have slipped away here now.

Just as I typed the post, 3 rolls of thunder, seems to be developing nearby, very dark overhead.

Lightning every 10 secs or so. All of it within the clouds. Lots of associated thunder. Heaviest rain seems to have slipped to the west of here. Pretty good storm 👍
