Have you tried this one? You can zoom right in and check temps etc. And you can see there are flurries as far north as Mottingham.

There you go Fl. In the extreme North of this map of the Borough of Bromley and about 1.5 miles from where me and 'er indoors, live:

By the way, did you enjoy the first episode of After The Flood?

Me and 'er indoors can't wait for episode 2.

Regards,

Tom. 👍

Er NO, Fl. Nottingham is probably far nicer than Mottingham.

'Er indoors used to work in a Residential Care Home in Elmstead Woods, a short walk from Mottingham.

Does a Snow flurry in Mottingham mean that I now have to keep peeping out of the curtains, like nosey Neighbour Michael Paine.

As in, "Did you know, it's Snowing outside number 42? Not many people, know that.":

Regards.

Rain alarm went off and told me I'm close to snow flurries here in Bexley to your east too

SNOW BRINGS CHAOS TO SALTDEAN

The cat has shot out, and back in again with white flakes on a black coat, got under my feet spilling tea on the laptop.

MY four year old thinks he can build a snowman later, and  is not interested in the Octonaughts for a change.

My wife is without her second cup of tea...

Yes, hats off to any model that suggested a South coast snow tickler.

We are being tickled right now🤣

This Is like a sick joke from the weather, that is literally 20-30 miles from an epic snowstorm. I missed last Mondays snow as I was out the country, sods law🙄

It’s warmed up here over night, no frost/ice on the cars and it’s only showing -1 this morning.

Who suggested a boat?

My snow flurry has stopped.

Not going to win any photo awards, but if this is as close as the snow gets ( see the cloud bank just off shore)

It will be one for the how did we get soo unlucky file that includes  numerous decaying channel thunderstorms.

Yes its truly remarkable, it just stays out at sea hugging the whole of the south coast and moving eastwards, no pivot either going on.😵‍💫

We have been royally shafted by this one!

Can't believe how close we all came.

It's quite extraordinary. We'ew in the lee of Beachy Head here, and the storm is actually politely going round it! So Marie is getting a bit in Brighton, and Newhaven and Seaford may  well get something but, even though the DP is just below zero and thus the gun is cocked and ready to go, we aren't getting a race here!

Had a lovely sunny day again yesterday, with the frost staying in the shade all day. Warmed up this morning the frost has gone overnight, but its a cloudy overcast and dull start. Hope that rain in the channel dives into France. As the garden has dried out a lot over the past week.

Sadly looking even into far FI there isn't much cooking at the moment. Going to be mild and rain for a fair while now.

As others on here were saying, should have taken a boat out today, would have been fun, just 5 or so miles out to sea should have been enough, could have nicked a bit of that French and Belgian snow and taken it back to the UK as a bit of booty like the old smugglers!🤣
